Jeff Fagundes
Jeff is a an actor, director, playwright, theater researcher and producer from Brazil. He was selected in 2017 to participate at the International Theater Institute Worldwide congress in Segovia, Spain, in which he currently holds the position of Director of Collaboration from Network of Emerging Artists and Professionals (NEAP) committee. He featured in presentations on Zimbabwe, Colômbiaand Brazil and is an academic researcher on influence of afro heritage and identity on Brazilian theater.
He is currently taking his masters degree in the federal university of the state of Rio de Janeiro (Universidade Federal do Estado do Rio de Janeiro - UNIRIO), in Brazil, where he studies the benefits of theater for the mental health of the the afro Brazilian population. Writer of many successful plays, he directed and acted in over fifteen written by hin and other big Brazilian names, for which he has been nominated for best acting and direction.
