Manila SDG Festival, Forum and Workshops for Health, Wellbeing, Peace and Climate Justice DECEMBER 1 – 10, 2021 (BLENDED EVENT)/ MARCH 22/23 2022 (FORUM) ; APRIL 3/5 2022 (FESTIVAL)


SSCC has been a lead partner in this global exercise with numerous partners, including UNESCO and other members of the UN family, Senate, the House of Representatives and the Government of the Philippines under the guidance of its eminent member Cecile Alvarez. Cecile is UNESCO Artist for Peace, Director of Earthsavers UNESCO Dream Centre and President of the International Theater Institute (ITI)  Social Change Network.

The Manila event was originally scheduled for March 2020, but has been postponed to December 2021 due to covid 19.Following the surge of omicron variant of covid, the event was divided into three parts: a blended event was held from 1/10 December 20211; the forum on 22/23 March 2022 and the festival from 3 to 5 April 2022.
