SSCC is very pleased to be able to announce the impending twinning between cities of Manila and Cartagena, following signature by the Mayor of Cartagena, William Dau, and celebrations in Manila during the visit of SSCC Chairman in January 2023.

Ambitious and detailed programme on cultural, academic, tourism and possibly commercial links will be included in the work programme.
