SSCC continues to promote close links amongst continents in southern hemisphere. To this end, whilst awaiting a formal launch of twinning between cities of Cartagena de Indias and Manila, SSCC has also made much progress in the process of twinning provinces of Cauca in Colombia and Bohol in the Philippines. Several zoom meetings of the two provinces have been held with the view of placing emphasis on five priorities: exchanges in the fields of culture, education, tourism, agriculture and protection of environment.
