A meeting was held on 26th August involving Mr. Ladi Nylander, coordinator of SSCC Ghana office, Hon Kojo Yankah, member of Academic Board the presence of H.E. Claudia Turbay, Ambassador of Colombia to Ghana.

The current and future projects were discussed, including contribution of SSCC to the emerging Pan African Heritage World Museum, the production of docufiction Ulysses from Ghana and bilateral cooperation between Colombia and Ghana.

It was agreed to expand members of both policy and academic board from Africa ; discussions are ongoing. It was also agreed to contribute to the ongoing bilateral discussions on the cultural component of bilateral cooperation between Colombia and Ghana and to President Nana Akufo Addo’s policy of Year Beyond Return. Close collaboration will also continue with Ghanaian Centre of the International Theatre Institute.
