Claudia Turbay, Director for External Affairs and Viktor Sebek met with Ramiro Osorio, Director General of the biggest auditorium in Bogota, Teatro Julio Mario Santo Domingo.  In accordance with a previous agreement, SSCC will launch its programme Music for Peace through a concert of a singer form Balkans and her orchestra (Biljana Krstic and Bistrik Orchestra). The concert will take place  in the first half of October 2024. Both Colombia and former Yugoslavia went thorugh a difficult  civil conflictg which cost hundreds of thousands of lives, and the concert has for a purpose to show the powert of music to contribute towards peace. It is for this reason, that Colombian artists (Jahir Rivera, also a director of SSCC) and his orchestra Caporal will participate together with Biljana krstic and Bistrik Orchestra peforming musc form both Balkans and the Americas.

Concerts are also planned for other cities in Colombia and details will be announces shortly.
