SSCC Coordinator César Mantilla Cisneros invited to attend prestigious Indigenous Leadership and Dialogue Campus
SSCC Coordinator of the Secretariat for Indigenous and Afro Affairs, César Mantilla Cisneros has been invited to attend the Indigenous Leadership and Dialogue Campus of the Regional Program for Indigenous Political Participation (PPI) by the KAS Foundation from April 26-28 in Panama.
Mantilla who is an expert in public policies for vulnerable groups, holds a degree in international business and a Master's in Business Administration from the International University SEK. He previously served as Secretary for Social Inclusion in the Metropolitan District of Quito and as Planning Director for the Municipal Patronage Foundation San José.
Mantilla's participation in the Indigenous Leadership and Dialogue Campus will bring a fresh perspective and invaluable insights to the table. SSCC is thrilled to have him represent the organization at such a prestigious event and looks forward to the impact his attendance will have on future initiatives for vulnerable groups.
