Viktor Sebek, SSCC Chairman met in London with H.E. Teodoro L. Locsin Jr., the ambassador of the Philippine to the UK and former Foreign Minister in the Government of Rodrigo Duterte.  Also, in attendance with Roderic Cruz, Chairman of United Nations Association of the Philippines, and Dr. Sandra Sanchez Montano, Chairperson of the Philippine Commission for Women in the Presidency of the Philippines. They discussed SSCC work on twinning amongst Colombian cities and departments\ with Philippine cities and provinces and the possible participation of the President Marcs at the high segment of COP29 in Baku, promoted by SSCC and its partners, UNESCO Dream center. UMESCO Artist for Peace of the Philippines and Climate Institute in Washington. Sebek also invited Ambassador Locsin to attend the side event in Baku.
