SSCC warmly applauds gigantic efforts which Mrs. Cecile Alvarez made in her capacity as UNESCO Artist for Peace and head of ITI Philippines Dreamcenter, to secure the necessary funding for the Manila event in October 2021. Following approval by the House of Representatives, the Senate of the Philippines also approved the budget at its session on 19​ November 2020. SSCC will continue to support the work towards the SDG Resiliart Festival, Forum and Workshops as Dr. Sebek also acts as the Associate Director of the event and SSCC is a senior partner.
