SSCC congratulates Saman Rai on her appointment ad Director General for Population Welfare, whereupon she has now been moved to Policy Advisory Board.
As she is responsible for the response to catastrophic flooding which took place in Punjab as well as the rest of Pakistan, she was not able to attend the screening of Ulysses from Ghana in UNESCO Headquarters, but has sent her video message which was projected at the event.
