H.E. Claudia Turbay Ambassador of Colombia to Ghana and 17 other West African countries and Dr. Sebek held a meeting with Mr. Abdourahamane Diallo, Director of UNESCO country office for Ghana to discuss cultural heritage of UNESCO in both Ghana and Colombia in view of the forthcoming twinning arrangement between Mayors of Accra and Cartagena.
