This event was held on March 31st to launch the Diasporean flag to African diplomats. This event was held at the Diaspora African Forum where the Diasporean Embassy is located in Marcus Garvey House. So far Ghana is the only country where an Embassy represents the diaspora The Ambassador is Her Excellency Dr. Erica Bennet.

Ambassadors Claudia Turbay, Ladi Nylander and Akosua Abdallah, SSCC Members, were also in attendance.

At the event Mr Ladi Nylander, Chairman SSCC Africa, was given the opportunity to explain a project “The Culture of Peace and Security in Africa:The Quest for Stewardship and Cooperative Engagement” currently under preparation for launch within the next few weeks.
