Sciences Po honors SSCC ambassador for her outstanding contribution to social justice and youth rights
The South-South Cooperation Council (SSCC) proudly extends its warmest congratulations to its talented youth ambassador, Isabella Pasquier Roa, who has been recognized with the prestigious 2025 Anthony Mainguené Prize at Sciences Po, Paris.
This remarkable distinction was awarded to a group of students—Agathe Aufranc, Merle Thiel, Isabella Pasquier Roa, and Martha Rosental—for their impactful clinical project titled:
“Access to Social and Fundamental Rights of Young People Not Recognized as Minors: What Impact Does Their Legal Status Have on Their Living Conditions?”
The project was carried out as part of the “Migrations” clinical program and was supervised by Louise-Anne Baudrier and Cécile Damas Artigaud, in partnership with the Fondation de l'Armée du Salut.
The Anthony Mainguené Prize, created in 2017, is awarded annually to the clinical project that best aligns with the values of the Anthony Mainguené Foundation. This €5,000 grant is intended to support the development and expansion of the selected project during the upcoming academic year. The prize covers a range of essential expenses, including tutoring, travel, event coordination, printing, and publication.
The leadership, faculty, tutors, and students of the Sciences Po Law School, together with Mr. and Mrs. Mainguené, founders of the Anthony Mainguené Foundation, have expressed their heartfelt congratulations to the laureates for their commitment to promoting youth rights and advancing social equity.
At SSCC, we celebrate Isabella’s achievement as a shining example of the values we uphold: youth leadership, international cooperation, and sustainable development.
