SSCC gives a warm welcome to its latest member of Policy Advisory Board: H.E. Ambassador Karl Erik Norma, the founder and Secretary General of European Cultural Parliament which has 43 European countries in its membership. SSCC looks forward to working closely with Ambassador Norman in all fields, and especially cultural diplomacy as he also lectures at Institute for Cultural Diplomacy in Berlin.
