SSCC is pleased to welcome Dr. Herbert Glenn Reyes as the new member of is Academic and Scientific Board. Dr. Reyes is the President of the Northwestern Mindanao State College of Science and Technology (NMSCST)

In Tangub City, Mindanao, Philippines. Dr. Reyes will take an active part at the Manila Conference in October , and especially Workshops regional outreach in Mindanao, and will also start the component entitled cultural heritage of indigenous peoples, as a part of the Cultural Diplomacy Programme of SSCC.
