Following preliminary discussions involving CITIX CEO, Martin Oliu, SSCC Chairman Viktor Sebek and  Claudia Turbay, the SSCC Director for External Affairs, a meeting was arranged in Barcelona aboard the naval ship A.R.C. Gloria during its tour of Europe, thanks to the coordination of Admiral Ernesto Duran Gonzalez. In attendance were Captain Cesar Irequi, commander of A.R.C. Gloria, Captain Jaime Montañez Torres, Naval Attaché of the Colombian Embassy in Madrid, Prominent Oceanographer, Michel Andre, Martin Oliu, CEO of CITIX. This meeting marked the first step in integrating Colombia as a leader in CITIX PORT's program.
