Cecile Alvarez Receives the Prize for Life Achievement in New York

During the years of martial law in the Philippines, Cecile Alvarez lived in New York and was a member of iconic La MaMa Theatre under Ellen Stewart. In November 2022, Cecile was invited to receive an award for life achievement. SSCC IS VERY PROUD OF CECILE’S ACHIEVEMENT AND RECOGNITION:
