Mrs. Cecile Alvarez met with Mr. Ernesto Ottone Ramirez, Assistant Director General of UNESCO for Cullture on the occasion of the screening of Ulysses from Ghana on 19th September. Mr. Ottone was briefed on the recently completed SDG Manila Forum and Festival in Manila and presented with the book detailing results achieved. The dialogue on follow up will continue.
